Poster authors will hang up the posters on designated places for the whole duration of the conference. The authors must be present at their posters during the poster session on May 23 between 15:00-16:00.
The poster stands at Tampere Hall are suitable for an A0 sized poster (841 mm x 1198 mm, portrait format). There is no specific template required for the posters, material for mounting the poster is provided.
The posters must be removed by 10:30 on the last day of the conference (May 24).
We would like to remind you that the registration for the conference is mandatory for presenting authors.
There will be a prize for the Best Poster, a free registration for the next Scand-LAS conference 2026 in Denmark. The best poster award will be announced at the conference gala dinner.
