The registration fee is based on the date of registration and payment. If you want to benefit from the lower fee, please, register early and pay by the deadline.

*Undergraduate, master´s or doctoral student. Proof of student status must be shown onsite when you collect your registration.
Registration fees are VAT 0%, no VAT will be added.
Please note that costs for travel and insurances are not included in the registration fees.
Registration fee includes:
- Access to scientific sessions and exhibition
- Coffee breaks and lunches (according to programme)
- City Reception on Tuesday
- Exhibitors´ Evening on Wednesday
- Gala Dinner on Thursday included only in the full Delegate fee

You may purchase at the time of registration a Gala dinner ticket for the fee of 120 EUR / person.

Workshops
Registered conference participants may attend the workshops by paying the corresponding fee of 50 EUR per workshop.
When registering to the workshop(s), you will be requested to indicate which workshop(s) you are planning to attend.
Accompanying person fee, 250 EUR
The accompanying person fee includes the social programme:
- Tampere City Reception on Tuesday, 21 May
- Exhibitors´ Evening on Wednesday, 22 May
- Gala Dinner on Thursday, 23 May
Payment and confirmation
Full payment of the registration fee is to be made prior to the conference in euros (EUR). When registering online, you will receive instant confirmation of successful registration to your email. Please note that invoicing will end two weeks prior to the event.
Payment options
At the end of the registration form, you will be given three options for payment:
1. Credit card: Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
2. Pdf-Invoice. You will receive an invoice to your e-mail. Invoice payment to be made by bank transfer.
3. E-Invoice for Finnish organisations only. E-invoice fee is 15 EUR.
Note!
Cancellation and refund policy
All cancellations and changes must be made in writing (email) to Congress Office, scandlas2024@taloevents.fi
If a cancellation of registration is received by March 15, 2024, a processing fee of 50 EUR will be charged. Between March 16 and April 15, 2024, cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after April 16, 2024.
Please note that no-show does not constitute cancellation. In case of a no-show, the registration fee will not be refunded. Please note also, that the fees are payable even if you cannot make the conference.
The registration can be transferred to another person from the same organisation.
